Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in access secure. One account is for one person; sharing an account or a Pass is not allowed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The service

We provide online mock tests, previous year papers, solutions and performance analysis. Tests are modelled on published exam patterns but we are not affiliated with the Staff Selection Commission or any other recruiting body, and we do not guarantee selection or any particular score.

3. Pass and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A Pass grants access for the stated duration from the date of activation. It does not auto-renew.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access is activated only after the gateway confirms payment; this can take a few minutes.
• Coupon discounts are applied by our server at checkout and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Fair use during tests

• Do not use scripts, automation, multiple accounts or any tool that manipulates the timer, answers or scoring.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell questions, solutions or any other content.
• We may void an attempt, remove a rank or suspend an account where we detect manipulation.

5. Content and intellectual property

All questions, solutions, analysis and branding on this site belong to MentorJi or its licensors. Your Pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but may take the service down for maintenance or change, add or retire tests and features. Live test windows and rank publication dates are announced on the test page and may shift for operational reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where a breach is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of a Pass on a pro-rata basis.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
